Sound Team
Motivated by the vision to execute excellent services using audio, the audio team is the catalyst that allows each service element, from the initial call to worship to powerful messages, to penetrate the ears and hearts of the congregation. Selflessly assisting the praise team, pastoral staff, and theater arts team Crossroads sound technicians truly possess a servant's heart.
Although some experience in audio engineering is beneficial, the only requirements for the job is an eagerness to serve, a willingness to learn and a desire to be part of a caring team that strives to grow in their faith and skills. Most importantly, individuals are continually challenged to deepen their spiritual walk and seek Christ before all else.
