Conflict is a part of life with other human beings. Whether we like it or not, relationships are not easy; differences between us are going to happen. In this message series we will look at the realities of the “Fight Club” from several different angles: from how to prepare for the battle, the reality that there is conflict within each of us, to the myriad of clashes within our families. The bad news is that conflict is part of life; the good news is that the battles can be ‘fought’ and ‘won’ through the power of Jesus Christ! Put your gloves on and join us for the exciting message series.
August 10 Let’s Get Ready to Rumble!
Conflict is part of life. Period. Even Jesus Christ had conflict; in fact, He had a lot of conflict in the relationships in His life. Ever read the story of Jesus clearing the temple? Lest you think that Jesus could never be angry, read the story. So the question is, not if you will be in conflict, but how you will respond. What will be your motivation? When conflict arises, will you run from it, or embrace it? And which of the two would be the correct response from a biblical perspective? This message sets the stage for the next six weeks as we join The Fight Club.

August 17 - The Contender
Do you ever feel like there is a battle going on within you? That there is a "good" you going at it with a “bad” you? If so, join the club! Every Christian has the same battle within. In fact, one of the great heroes of our faith, the Apostle Paul, was no exception. In fact, he wrote about it in his the seventh chapter of his letter to the Romans: “For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do.” Can you relate?
